Culture Index (CI) Explained

The Culture Index Survey is a personality test that measures seven personality traits and seven behaviors that are considered important for work-related activities. The seven traits are:

Autonomy, Social-ability, Patience, Conformity, Energy units, Logic, and Ingenuity.

In this picture, the Red Vertical Line is the average in the population, and being left or right of the line states how many standard deviations you’re higher or lower than average.

Letters A, B, C, and D stand for:

  • Red “A” Dot – Autonomy

  • Yellow “B” Dot – Social Ability

  • Blue “C” Dot – Pace

  • Green “D” Dot – Conformity

Energy units (EU) on the Culture Index Survey graph measure a person's stamina or energy level for completing tasks.

The last two items, L & I, are Logic and Innovation. These two are not based on the relation to the EU line.
